My second annual midnight sun sale has begun!

The midnight sun has returned to Alaska and my 2nd annual midnight sun sale has begun! Last year this sale brought me more business than ever before and was wonderfully successful. In honor of that, let me share some of my favorite photos from my favorite summer sessions from last year.



This photo was from the model call I did to advertise my midnight sun sale and all the photos from this model call are still hands down some of my favorite photos I have EVER taken!


 

I remember this poor family was fighting off a cold during this session and it was so late at night, but this sweet little baby was a trooper!

This little growing family was so fun and easy to work with. Their little girl did so good with the late evening session too!

These photos were definitely some of my favorites from last year. The field was overtaken by bird vetch, which is an invasive species unfortunately, but the tiny little blue-ish purple flowers sure did look lovely!

I don’t do a whole lot of just adult portrait sessions, but when Maddie reached out about this session, there was no way I was turning it down. I LOVE when I can stretch my creativity! This was also my first time shooting at the botanical garden in town and I’ve been very eager to go back!

This session had to be rescheduled due to technical errors on my end, but these gentlemen were very kind and patient with me! Their session was the last summer session of the season.

I’ve already been able to shoot a handful of sessions outside and the photos are turning out even more beautiful than last year’s work! I can’t wait to see what this season brings!
